Refund policy

Refund Policy – Is the return allowed 30 days or 60 days after delivery? You have 2 different timeframes here.

We accept returns of unused products purchased from the Healthtech website in their original packaging within 30 days of the delivery date. By placing your order on preggolight.com you are agreeing to the terms of this return policy. If you purchased a product from one of our retail partners, please contact them directly for their return policy.

To return an item please contact one of our Consumer Care representatives via our chat or by phone at (YOU need a 100 number here or a google number) 334-328-646. 

Our hours of operation are Monday – Thursday 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM ET & Fridays 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM ET. For your convenience you will be provided with a pre-paid shipping label for your return original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds: Once we've received your returned purchase, please allow 2-4 weeks for processing. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for purchase. There will be no refunds given for returns made after 60 days of delivery.

Exchanges: To exchange an item, please reorder the item online and return your original purchase for refund within 30 days. 

Promotional Items: If you are returning an item that included a promotional item as a gift, please return the gift with the original item. Failure to return the promotional item will result in being assessed the full retail value which will be deducted from your refund.

Order Cancelation: After you submit your order, no changes of any kind (ordered items, shipping/billing address, payment method, etc.) can be made to the order. To cancel and order, please contact us immediately via email at (business email also needed here) b.kennedy@healthtechstore.com. Please note there is no guarantee that once an order is placed that it can be cancelled. If the order has already been processed, please accept delivery of the order, and follow our return policy. Refusal of a package (unless approved in advance) is considered an unauthorized return and the cost of the return freight will be deducted from your refund.
